At Inkjets.com, we are more than happy to resolve problems that you may run into. Even if you are not fully satisfied with your Inkjets-bought cartridge, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price. OEM products and refurbished printers are excluded from our 1-Year money back guarantee. All OEM products purchased from Inkjets.com can be returned for a refund, or requested to be replaced within 30-days from the customers original purchase date. Refurbished printers come with a 90-day warranty from the initial date of purchase.

RETURNS

Inkjets.com brand of ink or toner products for replacement should be accomplished within 365 days of the purchase date. To make a return claim, we will ask you to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service department. A RMA number ensures that we can track and resolve the claim accordingly. Returns without RMAs will be refused.
Once we receive the product back from you, we will refund you the full cartridge price of your purchase. The return shipping costs will be shouldered by the customer unless the fault is on our end.

EXCHANGES

Similar to a returns claim, you will need to have a RMA number first so that you may return the incorrect or defective Inkjets.com brand product(s) back to us. An exchange is only applicable if it is made within 365 days upon the original item purchase date.

If you ordered the wrong item or switched to a new printer that doesn’t use your current cartridges, you can exchange your product as long as it’s unopened and in a condition fit for resale. Unfortunately, items not in resalable condition cannot be exchanged and will be sent to a recycling center instead.

REQUESTING A REPLACEMENT

Need a replacement? It’s simple – just reach out to us! Our customer service team is ready to help you arrange a replacement for your account, and we’ll promptly dispatch a new cartridge.
In cases where our returns department requires the defective item for reasons other than a refund, we’ll provide a pre-paid return label.
Any product issues reported within one year from the purchase date are eligible for a replacement cartridge or a refund.

REFUND TIMING

For customers returning items, refunds (or store credit, where applicable) will be processed in the same method of payment, typically within 7-15 business days upon our receipt and acceptance of the returned item.
Note that the refund process only begins once the product has been received by our warehouse.

INCORRECT ORDERS AND LOST PACKAGES

Please note that items ordered by mistake and opened are non-refundable. Once an item is opened, it cannot be resold. To avoid this, please verify your printer model and part numbers before ordering and opening the products.
For incomplete orders, lost packages, or products received in error, please report to our Returns Department within 30 days from your original order date to be eligible for a replacement.
PLEASE NOTE: NOT ALL PRODUCTS MAY BE EXCHANGED, AS THERE ARE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS WITHIN OUR SYSTEM AND IT WILL BE UP TO OUR DISCRETION IF AN EXCHANGE IS POSSIBLE. OTHERWISE, A RETURN ON THE INCORRECT PRODUCTS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED AND WILL NEED TO BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND, AND THE CORRECT ITEMS WILL NEED TO BE PURCHASED ONCE MORE.

TERMS OF LIMITED WARRANTY

At Inkjets, we warrant solely to the original customer purchasing products directly from our website as Original Products. All such Original Products sold will be free from manufacturer defects (form, fit, and function) for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. Misuse, neglect, abuse, alteration, repairs or any action that is not in accordance with the Original Products’ use voids the warranty. The 1-year warranty only extends on Inkjets’ Original Products and does not cover damages of your devices like printer or computer, or damages to non-devices such as clothing, floors, tables, and related. This warranty does not apply to OEM Products or Refurbished Printers.
